At Media-Participations, over 200 employees use Alpia PIM/Arsia on a daily basis to ensure the optimal quality of product information across all selling channels (bookstores, specialist stores, Marketplaces, retail…) and communication channels (sales arguments, sales support tools, catalogs…).
In becoming the company's central reference source, Alpia PIM introduced new working methods which encourage multi-profession and multi-unit collaboration at different stages of the selling cycle. The group's print strategy was improved, with Arsia boosting the teams' productivity, speeding up the production of all types of communication media.
